Customer

The buyer of the product is a visitor of the website, older than 18 years, who buys the products in the manner regulated by these General Terms and Conditions.

Prices

The prices shown on the website are retail prices and are expressed in euro (EUR, €).

Visual elements

The visual display on a website may differ from the actual parts. This is especially true of displaying color shades and aspect ratios of game components.

Filing a complaint

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14), the customer has the right to consumers’ complain or reclamation about products purchased through the website www.seleya-games.com within the legal deadline. You can submit a complaint or reclamation in writing to the address: MINSHARA d.o.o. Biogradska 9, 21000 Split or to our e-mail: info@minshara.hr. Please provide your details in the complaint: name and surname, address for delivery of answers. We will send you a response to your complaint within the legal deadline of 15 days.

Ordering

By ordering products through the website www.seleya-games.com, you accept our general terms and conditions. When creating an order, the buyer is obliged to provide actual information about his identity and delivery address. Otherwise, the order is considered null and void.

Ordering process:

• The buyer checks the General Terms and Conditions, GDPR guidelines, Methods of payment and Delivery.
• The customer on the website www.seleya-games.com should click on the option 'Order'.
• The customer fills in all the required fields with true information.
• The seller sends an email to the buyer with payment information. If necessary, the seller can communicate with the buyer regarding the details of the order.
• If the product is not available, the seller informs the buyer and together they agree on the next step (new date of availability / delivery or cancellation of the buyer`s order).
• The customer pays for the order (if he has chosen the method of payment by payment via e-banking / payment at the bank or post office).
• The seller sends the product to the buyer`s address.

Reclamation

In case you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it within 14 days from the date of purchase (invoice date). To exercise this right, please send the undamaged product in its original packaging and with all documentation to our address.

If the shipment is damaged in transport (damage is visible during collection), please do not pick it up, but let us know so that we can check the condition of the shipment and send you a new one.

Payment

Payment is made exclusively by payment to the Seller`s IBAN or by cash on delivery.

Delivery

Delivery is made through our partner Overseas Express, which is responsible for the timely delivery of products according to the rules listed on their website: www.overseas.hr

Packages are sent by registered mail so that the product is insured and reaches you as soon as possible.

The delivery price is not included in the price of the product, but is charged extra.

When picking up the package, the buyer is obliged to check it and in case of visible damage to refuse to pick up the package and inform the seller. If the package is not damaged, the buyer picks it up and confirms the correctness of the shipment with his signature.

Limitation of liability

The owner of the website and domain www.seleya-games.com, and all materials on it is the company MINSHARA d.o.o. from Split, Croatia. Any unauthorized copying, distribution or modification of the data is strictly prohibited. The seller reserves the right to change the content and/or mode of operation of the website without prior notice. Seller disclaims responsibility for any inaccuracies, deficiencies or omissions in the content published on this website, which may result from errors in data entry. In the event of a dispute before the court, the court in whose territory the Seller`s registered office is located shall have jurisdiction.

In accordance with legal regulations and with your permission, we collect only the necessary personal data that we use to fulfill the purpose of the company - to sell the product and deliver it to your address.

Please read our Privacy Statement carefully to understand our actions regarding your personal data, as well as your rights arising from the application of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The term `Personal Data` means one or more data that define a specific person or enable the identification of a person. Such a person is called a `Respondent`.

When you visit our website and view the content on it, we do not collect personal information, or any information related to the specific device you use when accessing our website.

It is not possible to register and become a registered member on our website.

We only collect basic statistics such as the number of visitors.

We do not pass on any information to third parties for the purpose of direct marketing. We use Data Executors who are third parties and provide us with elements of services. We have contracts with our Data Executors. This means that they cannot do anything with personal information unless we have provided it. They will not share your personal information with any organization other than us. They will process them safely and only for a period when we allow them. This applies to partners for the delivery of packages and letters, and for sending e-mails.

Our website does not use web services.

The data we collect from you, with your explicit permission, are:

We need your name and address to deliver the ordered product to you and it will be used exclusively for that purpose.

Our e-mail and telephone number are used for communication related exclusively to your order.

Without this data, we are unable to accomplish our purpose.

Additionally, we may use your e-mail address for promotional purposes (so-called newsletter), but we will ask for your explicit consent for this activity. Denial of this consent does not affect the primary purpose of our company - the sale and delivery of products.

At any time, you can request access to all information we have about you and request their change or deletion from our database. This does not apply to data that we are legally obliged to keep (such as the name and surname of the customer on the issued invoice).

Our website uses web cookies. These are small pieces of code that your browser automatically executes, and they are needed to adequately display the content of the pages on all devices, and without them the use of the pages would not be possible. The information collected in this way does not contain personal data and serves to improve the functioning of the site and improve your user experience.

The website contains information that enables quick contact via electronic media as well as direct communication which includes an e-mail address. If the respondent contacts the head of personal data processing via e-mail or contact form, the transferred personal data is automatically saved. Personal data transferred voluntarily by the respondent to the controller of personal data processing are automatically stored for the purpose of processing or further communication with the respondent.

Payment methods

You can make a payment in three ways:

• Internet banking (mobile banking, bank / post office payment)
• Settle mobile payment
• COD (Cash on delivery)

We will send a message to your email with all the relevant information required for payment. You can then make the payment using internet banking or the way you normally pay your bills - via bank, post office, Fina or similar.

Payment is made to the account of Zagrebačka banka, IBAN: HR4623600001102444506.

Cash on delivery

When delivering your order, you pay the delivery service employee the total amount of your order (product, postage).

Delivery

All shipments are sent via Overseas Express partners. The price of delivery within Croatia is 5 eur. Delivery time is 2-4 days. If it is a location on an island, the delivery time may be extended.

MINSHARA d.o.o. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure.

When handing over your package to the delivery service, you will receive an e-mail / sms with the tracking number and delivery details.

Delivery outside the Republic of Croatia is also possible, and for the purpose of defining the price, please contact us by e-mail info@minshara.hr before ordering.

Cookies

Our website uses small text files called cookies that it saves on your computer. Cookies may contain their own ID that uniquely identifies them.

The purpose of cookies is to optimize the performance of the site and to provide site visitors with an improved user experience.
